Hi! I'm Francis, a Senior Product Manager and the person behind The Product Pantry newsletter. Today, I’m serving up the first course - an introduction to why I started this newsletter in the first place.

Truth be told: I'm a bit of an organization freak. My closet is organized by colours, my fridge has all the product logos facing, and my bookshelf is arranged by book size. Some might say it is excessive, but it gives me comfort.

I’ve come to realize that the best product teams are the ones that consider their team the product. They have clear processes, defined roles, and a culture of collaboration and innovation. It’s not perfect, but they constantly iterate.

I created this space to bring my two passions together - organization and product management - and to share insights, tips, and tricks with all of you.

My goal is to inspire more teams to see their team as their most important product.

In reality, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to product management. Each company has its unique challenges, and it's up to us as Product Leaders to figure out what works best for our respective situations.

In this newsletter, I’ll share weekly insights from interviews with top product leaders on how they organize their teams.

If you've implemented new workflows or processes to organize your team, contact me on LinkedIn to share your insights. I’d love to hear from you!

So, come on in, grab a cup of coffee (or tea, or whatever you like). Let’s explore the world of Product Operations.
